Stan Kott joined us in 2007 with 35 years of industry experience, most recently with Wellington where he was CEO of the US operations for 8 years. Prior to Wellington he was at NAC Re responsible for all property and specialty lines for 9 years, and prior to that with EW Blanch, Guy Carpenter and Gen re. He is a graduate of Canisius College, Buffalo.
