Jonathan Kim
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Jonathan is responsible for overseeing our legal and compliance issues. He began his legal career in Washington , DC as a law clerk with the Department of Justice in their Criminal Tax Division. Subsequently, he worked for Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts (presently known as Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP) in New York . He has also served as in-house counsel to a number of start-up ventures and worked in London as an account director for Modem Media, Inc. (now a division of Digitas, Inc.) Prior to joining Montpelier Re, Jonathan was with AXA Advisors, LLC, part of the AXA Group, in New York . He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and received his MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Yale School of Management and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center .
